We all know to stay positive in these tough times is not an easy task. Which led us to discovering more about Depression and Anxiety, and how it affects millions of Americans. Depression, is a condition where a person feels discouraged, sad, hopeless, and unmotivated. Half of everyone diagnosed with depression are also diagnosed with anxiety. Anxiety, is marked by persistant, irrational, and uncontrollable anxieties. There are many groups of anxiety such as: obsessive, panic, post traumatic stress, and social.

Losing loved ones, losing a job, or even feeling low for no apparent reason, can can leave a lasting impact on your life.
